Today is usually the day that we offer you a variety of meatless recipes from all over the Internet, but in the spirit of the holiday we decided instead to offer you a series of Thanksgiving recipes this Monday. Those seeking vegetarian recipes need not fear: we have quite a few on our list. But Thanksgiving traditionalists will be pleased as well; turkey is one of many dishes for which we offer the perfect recipe to complete your Thanksgiving table. So get your menu ready… Thanksgiving is only a few days away, and here at Organic Authority, we’re here to help!

First things first: it wouldn’t be a traditional Thanksgiving menu without turkey, and we have two great recipes to choose from. The first is our very own easy fresh herb organic turkey with fresh herb gravy. This Organic Authority original is a simple, classic recipe for the traditional centerpiece of the Thanksgiving table.

For something a bit different, our roasted split organic turkey with chestnut stuffing is sure to please. Sure, it doesn’t have that Norman Rockwell allure, but what it lacks in presentation, it makes up for in delicious flavor.

If turkey isn’t your style for a Thanksgiving centerpiece, never fear: we have just the thing. Our seitan roast with chestnut stuffing is an impressive meatless main that will impress vegetarian and vegan guests… and carnivores might not be able to resist its flavors either!

Thanksgiving just wouldn’t be Thanksgiving without the side dishes, and we have you covered there as well, starting with classic mashed potatoes. Our version flavors organic potatoes with roasted garlic, adding richness with crème fraiche and butter. They’re irresistible!

There’s no reason to keep all of the Thanksgiving preparations in the kitchen. Fire up the grill to bring some barbecue flavor to your meal, with our very own grilled sweet potato steaks with maple pecan butter. The sweet spiced butter brings the warming flavors of the season to these grilled sweet potatoes. And if weather is inclement, you can just as easily use a grill pan or broiler for these delicious steaks.

And of course, we can’t forget dessert. Our all-natural pecan pie uses a whole wheat crust to hold up its pecan filling, flavored with both maple syrup and molasses. A bit of cognac adds just a touch of heat.
