Nothing says "I love you" like "hey, I slaved over this dessert all day." Not that you'll need a whole day to create any of these vegan sweets (but who needs to know that?). Cookies and truffles are the easiest to tote around and bestow your charm upon the world. (Who needs Valentines; hand out treats!) These Peanut Butter Cookies from The Incuisition are your simplest bet with a completely manageable recipe. Fancy it up a bit, and give out these Chocolate Black Bean Truffles from So Good & Tasty.

Get even more involved with this recipe from Rose, Water & Thyme for a Chocolate Tart with A Hazelnut Crust. Like she says, "Make this tart… it’s the perfect treat to either wallow in your sorrows or make someone tempted by your seductive ways."
