1. Forehead

If you are breaking out on your forehead, you are likely not breaking down the foods you eat. To strengthen your digestive system, try abstaining from dense, hard-to-digest foods, such as meat, poultry, dairy, wheat, and cooked oils. Instead, embrace raw fruits and vegetables and up the ante on your leafy greens intake. Consider applying food combining principles to accelerate digestive processes.

2. Between the brows

If you have been hitting the bottle harder than usual, taken potent medications, or eaten a lot of fried foods, you may start to notice pimples appearing between your eyebrows. This is an indication of a weakened liver. Cut down on your alcohol and fatty foods intake. Each morning, drink tea water with lemon juice and turn to liver-cleansing foods. In between meals, sip on liver-cleansing teas infused with dandelion root, rose hip, or turmeric.

3. Nose

Lots of stress and a high-fat diet can wreak havoc on your heart and blood pressure. If you break out on your nose, this is generally an indication that you need to relax and eat a lower-fat diet. Regardless of how stressful your professional and personal lives are, take time for yourself every day to wind down and center yourself. Eat heart-healthy foods in the meantime.

4. Cheeks

Pimples on your cheeks may be related to your respiratory health. If you suffer from allergies or are frequently exposed to pollution, you may begin to see a few blemishes on your dimples. Try to avoid traffic-ridden areas and invest in an air purifier to undo the damage.

5. Chin

Many of us have hormonal imbalances but aren’t aware of them. If you break out on your chin, it may be a sign of hormonal issues. Give your skin extra attention during that time of month and start to address the even bigger problem of imbalanced hormones.
